Top 10 Australian Building Society & Credit Union website scores

Australia has 116 Credit Unions and 6 Building Societies. In this year’s BRW ‘Top 500 Private Companies’ list, 6 Credit Unions and four Building Societies made the cut.

So we put the websites of these leading financial institutions to the NLYZR test to see how they stack up. Most of the sites have the basic search engine optimisation complete, however there were a few notable exceptions with very unsatisfactory or non-existent on-page SEO. None had optimised their sites strategically to ensure excellent search results though. Meanwhile, several are certainly missing out on valuable, qualified inbound inquiries and are merely relying on brand awareness for traffic.

Finally, it would also be fair to say (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) that one organisation in particular is not “master of their domain”.
